RESERVATION GUIDELINES


Ryn’s menu changes daily and is designed to tell the story of our farm, our local artisans, and our unique location. These guidelines help us provide our guests with unparalleled hospitality.

Reservations for Parties 1-4:

Ryn’s tasting menu experience features 8 to 10 unique courses and costs $150 per person before tax and gratuity. This $150 per person fee is collected up front as a deposit and will be applied to your final bill at the end of your meal.

While making reservations, you may choose to add our wine pairing option for $125 per person. Pairings have been selected by our sommelier and complement each dish.

Parties of one to four may make reservations online. The online reservation platform allows guests to communicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please communicate those needs at the time of booking.

Reservations for Parties 5-8:

Parties of 5-8 must call to make reservations at 479-203-0650 so that we can accurately collect dietary information for each guest. The same $150 per person tasting menu deposit applies to parties of 5-6 and will be collected at the time of booking.

Reservations for Parties 9+:

For parties larger than 9, private events, or group celebrations, please visit our Event Inquiries page and tell us more about your request.

Private Dining Room for Parties Up to 6:

If you would like to book our private dining room for parties of 2-6, please contact us at info@rynbentonville.com — an upcharge may apply depending on party size.

Food Allergies and Dietary Needs:

We always endeavor to accommodate guest requests, but we are not liable for any dietary situations that have not been communicated by guests in advance. Without sufficient notice, we may not be able to fulfill dietary requests.

Corkage Fee:

We have a $50 corking fee per bottle for wine brought into the restaurant.

No Outside Food:

We do not allow outside food of any kind, including cakes and desserts.

Gratuity:

Ryn adds a 20% service charge to every check to ensure that those who serve you have consistent compensation. This charge is collected the night of your meal and helps Ryn provide healthcare and paid sick leave for our servers and kitchen teams.

Additional gratuity is at your discretion, and 100% of any additional amount will go directly to those who served you in the dining room.

Children:

For dinner seatings, we welcome children aged 12+. On the occasion that guests arrive at the restaurant with children who do not fit this description, it is at Ryn’s discretion to cancel the booking, and guests may be charged the full reservation fee.

We do not have a children’s menu.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy, Parties 1-4:

Your credit card details and a $150 deposit per person are collected upon reservation.

Up to 48 hours in advance, parties of one to four may cancel for a refund or reschedule the dining reservations using our online reservation platform. You may choose the new date of reservation based on our availability. If you need to cancel, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus our $5 administrative fee.

Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will not be eligible for a refund. Please call us to discuss the options for transferring your reservation.

No-shows will be assessed the $150 deposit fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy, Parties 5-8:

Your credit card details and a $150 deposit per person are collected upon reservation.

Up to 7 days in advance, parties of 5-8 may cancel or reschedule dining reservations by calling us directly at 479-203-0650. Within 7 days of your reservation, deposits are no longer refundable. Please call us to discuss options for transfers or rescheduling.

Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows for large parties will be charged $150 per person.
