With an intentional focus on honest food, Ryn represents what a restaurant can and should be—deeply connected to the people and land where it resides.
PHILOSOPHY
Tucked inside a restored, historic farmhouse, Ryn offers nightly, 8- to 10-course tasting menu experiences. The menu evolves daily, adapting to the fleeting freshness of produce from our fields. These hyper-local ingredients provide exceptional depth when combined with curated flavors from regional growers, ranchers, and artisans we trust.
We are dedicated to sustainability every step of the way—from the food we grow and select to team quality of life.
Ryn is a dedicated gluten-free restaurant. We cater to dietary specifications and will provide a welcoming, intimate dining experience for all our guests.
RESERVATIONS
The Ryn Tasting Menu Experience can be reserved between 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, Wednesday through Saturday evenings. The cost is $150 per person. Dinner services usually last between 2.5-3.5 hours.
To provide you with the best service, we customize each daily menu according to your dietary request upon reservation. Please see our Reservations Guidelines for more details.
While making a reservation, you may add our rotating seasonal Wine Pairing for an additional fee.
Our sommelier sources characterful, low-intervention wines, providing a variety of classics, creative flavors, and rare finds that adapt to our ever-evolving tasting menu.
COMMUNITY
We honor origins, sustainability, and heritage while promoting a better future for food. Ryn sources locally first, then regionally when needed, striving to always understand the traceability of every item sourced.
Mentorship and stewardship are deeply embedded in our culture. In collaboration with the team at Sun Painted Farm, Ryn will soon offer a local farm stand, farm tours, and educational experiences.
