    With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Ryan brings a deep and well-rounded knowledge of food, beverage, and guest experience to the team. His background spans nearly every role in restaurant operations — from working the line, behind the bar, and on the floor, to running a private chef business, working in retail wine sales, food & beverage consulting, and representing wine distributors across multiple markets. Ryan first joined Conifer in 2025 before transitioning to oversee Ryn’s wine program in 2026. As our house sommelier and bartender, he continues to bring a thoughtful expertise and welcoming presence that greatly enriches both the restaurant and the wider community.
